Ein vielschichtiger, unfiltrierter Weißwein-Naturwein aus Rheinhessen: Der Weiß Natúr von Bianka & Daniel Schmitt bringt feine Kräuteraromen, gelbe Steinfrüchte und zarte Zitrusnoten ins Glas. Biodynamisch erzeugt, mit dezentem Hautkontakt vergoren und unfiltriert abgefüllt – lebendig, gripreich und kompromisslos ehrlich.
Herkunft: Flörsheim-Dalsheim, Rheinhessen, Deutschland
Besonderheit: Trüber, handwerklicher Naturwein / leichter Skin-Contact (Orange Wine). Biodynamischer Anbau (Demeter-zertifiziert), spontan auf wilden Hefen vergoren, unfiltriert und ohne Zusatz von Sulfiten abgefüllt. Sehr saftig, leicht maischebetont und extrem erfrischend.
Pairing/Anlass: Hervorragend zu strukturierten vegetarischen Gerichten wie gegrilltem Pfirsich-Halloumi-Salat, cremigen Ziegenkäse-Kreationen, fermentiertem Gemüse, Kräuter-Risotto oder leicht scharfen asiatischen Gerichten.
